“Clean and friendly for the most part. For a plasma place, they’re average speed for the amount of people they have, so don’t expect to be in and out in less than an hour or two. They’re understaffed and dealing with some rude people going off all the time too. Also, the first time you get your card, the money should already be on it; however anytime after that expect it to take anywhere from 2-24 hours to see that money. So if your going here for the cash, and it’s something you need INSTANTLY, don’t hold your breath. From what I understand it doesn’t seem to be a staff thing; so I don’t fault them for that.”

“For the second time, I had to call 911. Rochester Volunteer Fire Department and Southern Lorain County Ambulance District came to the house, assessed the situation, and completed a transport. I cannot thank these two entities enough!! When someone calls 911 it is a high stress situation, and emotions are at peak level. Rochester Fire Department and Southern Lorain Ambulance were the model examples of calmness . I hope that no person reading this ever has to dial 911. However, if you do, I hope your personnel is as outstanding as Rochester Fire Dept., and Southern Lorain Ambulance.”
