“First time to the Yard House. Our plans for cancelled because of an early closing so we had to scramble to find a place open late and this was the solution. Got there around 10:30 and there was about a 5-10 minute wait. They had tables but everything was social distanced. I gave them my number and they texted me when a table was available, so you could wait outside with plenty of space. We ended up seating outside, again with social distancing, and the server greeted us pretty quickly. Good beer list and we found a few cocktails we'd like to try if we go back. We tried a few appetizers but the one that stood out was the poke nachos. We love poke/sushi so this was great. Otherwise the food was good. The service was good, but our waiter wore his mask below his nose. Otherwise we had a good time, and stayed in the patio until after closing. We will likely be back since not many places are open that late now days.”

“Today I had a very good experience with Holiday World Mesquite. I had purchased my RV at the Alvarado location but the Mesquite location was much closer to my home. I had problems with my motorized steps and a leaky jack. I had called in a spoke with Nate last week and he said bring it in and we will check it out which I did. Nate immediately helped me on arrival and brought in his technician Jacob to look at the problems. I was impressed they both took the time right then to diagnose the problems order the parts and advise of next steps. They said I made their day by having all my warranty info together but I want to say they made my day in giving me the best service I have ever had and treating me with respect. They knew what they were doing and did not just say "oh leave it with us and we will let you know" typical repair response. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Many thanks to Nate and Jacob a super team...the could teach others how to do business. I would give them 10 stars if i could. Corporate in Houston should give them special recognition. Awesome!”

“I wish I would've caught her name, but I had a wonderful experience here because of one of their female cashiers... on one of my most unlucky days, she completely turned my mood around with a joyful attitude and great customer service. I had run out of gas literally right inside the parking lot, I'm on vacation here visiting, and because of my location change my bank locked my cards, hold would have been more than thirty minutes to even get a live assistant to help me, so in a last choice situation I counted out ALL of the change I had... $19 dollars worth to be exact and started my walk of shame to count it out inside. I apologised, and before I could even explain my situation she started to ring me up, happily counting my change, (as a cashier myself I can tell you how much we hate all change, especially large purchases), i counted with while I explained, and then realized i didn't know the pump number, not only did she figure it out for me quickly, she also set me up with a cold drink since I was exhausted. Wonderful lady, wonderful experience, great store”
