It was a difficult transition, not uncommon. One month later, she is smiling, happy, making friends, and joining the activities. The communication between all concerned is fantastic!The amicable staff knows the residents by name. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are beautiful. The activities are fun and plentiful. The dining provided by Chef Phil and his culinary team is delicious. Such a warm and welcoming community compared to others I’ve experienced. “Party Place in Avon was awesome, even when I waited until the last minute (which I know was my fault and I don’t suggest)!! I didn’t place an order ahead of time. I came in right before close and didn’t realize they stopped blowing up balloons at 7:30. At first, 1 worker told me no they wouldn’t blow up the 2 balloons. I panicked as I needed the balloon the next morning for my son’s birthday. Stephanie came up and was so kind and understanding, saying she would do it.
