“My car rental was great that's not what this review is about I have gotten cars from Enterprise here in Avon a handful of times and I've really never had a problem until now. I am a handicapped driver so I need adoptions in my car when I called up to Avon a month prior I thought everything was done 4 days before I got my rental I was given a phone call saying I needed to call corporate because they needed to confirm stuff for my adoptions. Okay not a big deal but wish they would have told me the first time instead of having to make an extra phone call the day of my rental I got in the car there was not even 2 gallons of gas left in the car the car was dirty and later on that day all four tires were 10 lb under the suggested tire pressure. It was my understanding that before cars go out especially for people who have adoptions that a once-over is conducted to make sure that the car is in proper working order that includes air pressure in the tires. Am I nitpicking possibly but there are things that I think that should be done before every car goes out to make sure that there are no safety issues”

“Chris was very friendly. He was quick with an estimate and within a week was on the job. We had water damage in the bathroom due to a leaky roof. We had him open up the shower area as you can see in the before and after pictures. Totally changed the feel of that room. We also had him do some other repairs while he was here. Well he’s a man of his word. It was repaired on that following Monday and in the mail that afternoon. The work is flawless. “I took my two girls to the playground to there, with the intention to walk the new path. To no one's surprise, we stayed at the playground and didn't walk the path. There's a pavilion right next to the playground, and I can see us packing lunches to bring up to play a little longer. I've been going to that sports complex for the past 25 years, and the improvements are phenomenal. We'll definitely be going back.”
