I get to pick up my order within hours of placing if need be, I could care less if this place was bought out by a higher/bigger company. it's still local to me. I don't need to worry about shipping. it still is supporting a fellow ohio business. I love the ladies I interact with here when picking up my supplies. customer service is always on point.
