Dr. Dalagiannis and his staff are angels sent from Heaven with the process of putting my lips back together after a horrifying accident. They are so supportive and comforting and have made me feel at ease. It is evident that the staff at Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons truly love what they do.
My 5yo got his finger smashed in a door late on a Friday night. Broke the bone and he a had a significant laceration almost down to the bone that went up under the nail bed. Dr Dalagiannis consulted with the ER attending on a temporary fix until our consult on Monday. Surgery was Wednesday to reconstruct his finger via stitches and a bone pin. Dr Dalagiannis has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained everything and interacted beautifully with my 5yo. We had a few follow ups over the next 6 months. The result is full use of the finger with no scar and a perfectly normal looking nail. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful. The nurses and office staff at Arrowhead are also very delightful and helpful. Thank you
I went in to see Dr. A. Thomas Dalagiannis to talk about having a procedure done on my face. I first met with his nurse who was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I then met with Dr. Dalagiannis. He is the most honest and empathetic doctor I have ever encountered. Unfortunately there was nothing he could do for the problem I have and he was very honest about how having a procedure would not help and possibly make it worse. He was caring in how he talked to me about it and I appreciated not only his honesty, but how he cared and emphasized that I was disappointed that nothing could be done. I highly recommend Dr. Dalagiannis and his nurse. (I wish I could remember her name!)
Dr Kessler and ALL the staff were wonderful, they make sure to let you know they'll be there even after surgery .I felt comfortable the minute I met them I would recommend Dr Kessler to anyone thinking of having plastic surgery or any surgery !! Thank you Arrowhead

Down to every last detail, Dawn was great with handling our insurance company and going threw all the red tape for them to cover my procedure.
Monique was there for me before and after the surgery if I had questions.
I even had to call after hrs on a Saturday and Dr Kesler called me right away.
This place is amazing.
