(April 22, 2021, 6:16 pm)Ashlee, at the Maumee branch, is always smiling and very friendly towards me and other members of my family. Even if I just pull up to the atm and pass by the drive through window on my way out she’ll wave and say hi. I’ve never had any issues with her, or any other employees there. She managed to get in touch with me because my aunt, who is also a customer there, left her walking cane at the Maumee branch. She tried my aunt but was unable to reach her. She reached out to me and all of it was taken care of!
