Clearwater Pool & Spa Maumee

I have got to say…I have been here just over a year now and I have absolutely zero complaints. I have been a victim of a car break in, but honestly… you’re gonna get that anywhere you go now a days, and I’d have to say …. The management and staff were very helpful right after I REPORTED the incident. They set up a community get together to spread awareness within 2 weeks. And were active with the police department following up for info…essentially doing everything they possibly can given the circumstances. The entire staff here from management, office, maintenance are pretty friendly. My fellow residents are friendly. The community areas ( pool, gym, dog parks, Amazon package area ) always maintained with excellent cleanliness. I plan on staying here Atleast another year! It’s very close to shopping centers, several gyms, and restaurants. The views of the mountains from the front of our apt complex can be amazing some times.

A beautiful and peaceful community located in the heart of Upland, the Foothill Ridge Apartments is a great place for anyone to stay for any length of time. We moved in these apartments to be close to the 7Cs but chose to stay even after graduation. The admin staff is very helpful and maintenance staff is extremely friendly. It's a great community to live in.

My partner and I have been living here at the Foothill Ridge Apartments for about a year and a half. The managing office is awesome and always willing to assist! The grounds are maintained well and always very clean. Dog friendly and safe. It is very close to a lot of great shops and food places that are within walking distance.
