Hanson's delivered a great service, they were on time, punctual, and friendly. They did a flat roof replacement along with putting new gutters on our home. Been a month and a couple storms later we have no leaking gutters and a safe roof. The only complaint there is from me is I found a hand full of outdoor screws they used to do gutter install, out in our front yard. We have two kids under 3 that play outside, glad I found them before they did. Would recommend them to anyone looking to redo their home projects.

The workmen showed up on time, with Hanson's shirts on, so I know they are not outside contractors, as promised. They had all the needed materials. They were polite and friendly. They answered any questions we had with knowledgeable and patient answers. The windows look great! The fit is perfect! Couldn't be happier. The price is in line with other estimates and we got a discount as well. Awesome work, Hanson's!

Our sales representative was very professional and friendly for our initial quote for windows. He knew we were considering other companies and gave us a competitive offer which we ended up taking. The appointment for measuring everything was scheduled quickly. After, there were periodic email updates for the production time of our windows which was really nice. Once they were ready we got scheduled within that week to install them. The installers were absolutely great. We had to unfortunately have our home painted before the windows could be installed due to scheduling with our contractor, which wasn't ideal but the installers let us know they would do their best to not ruin the fresh coat. They filled any blemishes on our walls that occurred during the install, and had them ready to just be painted over and touched up. They were so mindful and went above and beyond to make our new windows look great. We are so happy with them and would definitely recommend to anyone! Very professional, great quality and very accommodating.

The appointment for quote were no pressure and a lot of information on helping me choose the perfect windows for my home. They didn’t push any sales pitches and helped me get discounts the sales person was wonderful. Being a single female owning a home and making a big purchase I felt respected and he helped me make my own decisions. The first appointment it down poured my installation day and they were great communicating with me with updates and rescheduling. The day finally came for installation, the two guys were great and respectful of my home laying out plastic on carpets and counters. Went over all windows and locks with me before they left. Only complaint is I was gifted a paintbrush left behind (you can totally have it back if you like) and if you have a hose hooked up they may use it to wash hands. Just double check to be sure you turn it off at the next home. I have a leak from previous owner on that faucet that needs to be repaired. It was left in and slightly flooded a corner in my crawl space. Drying up but just go around and double check because mistakes can happen.
