“i started seeing her with my first son, i really liked her attitude, compassion and how she did her job. everytime i’d come in, she’d sit down with you and hit you with so much information at the end shed ask if you have any questions, i’d laugh and say “lady you covered it ALL” she always left me speechless because of how informative she is. i had her again with my second son, again i loved her! i had a c section with both but the second was scheduled. we had so much fun in the OR, we talked behind the curtain, joked and laughed. she held my hand when i was getting my spinal and she was just there for me. she delivered my son carefully and fast. my incision looks INCREDIBLE compared to the first, which honestly gives you a confidence boost knowing someone took more time making your scar look perfect. another thing i like about her is, everyone also seems to like her. i’ve worked in a hospital where doctors were too busy to say hi passing in the halls. she’s not like that, she’s kind to her staff and it shows. i’ve talked to so many people at toledo hospital as well and they all seem to love her just as much. if you want a kind, genuine and caring OB, i highly recommend her!”

“Went to St. Luke's Hospital on June 5, 2018 for a medical procedure. Checked in at 8:15 AM on June 5, checked out on June 6 at 11:30 AM. All went well with the exception of one instance of service on June 5 in the evening. When the nurse made her rounds @ 7:30 PM I let her know I would like to take a walk later in the evening, she said for the 1st walk she needs to be present to make sure I'm stable. I called @ 8:50 & said I'm ready to walk. 9:40 nothing. Take a look @ the info board, 9:40 is my next pain meds. I called again & requested my meds! 9:50 nothing! By now I'm in pain, I called again with a light weight go off; "I called a hour ago for a walk, then I called @ 9:40 for meds and I've gotten nothing! She tried to explain how busy the floor has been. I said busy or not its been an hour, that's unacceptable, so you know it took them another 15 mins, (1 hr 15 mins total), to come. I want to file a complaint! I'm ready to go home! Other than that everything else was good, surprisingly enough, even the food. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone”
