Dawn Kelly was the absolute best! I started planning a honeymoon right before COVID-19 shut everything down. She was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable during all our emails back and forth. She helped us schedule, postpone, and reschedule our trip a few times. I could not be more thankful for her during this time.

I had fun. A live band drinks and fellowship. Not to mention the fantastic foods. What's with having to buy chips though? I had one leftover.

Kristen Blake helped us with two trips, one to Barbados and one to Jamaica. Our honeymoon location closed three weeks prior to us leaving. As if planning a wedding wasn't stressful enough! Kristen not only got everything switched over to our new location choice, but she also managed to get us upgraded to a Butler suite for no additional charges.

For our second vacation, I became pregnant not once, but twice. She helped us navigate new reservations each time. This last time took more work than expected, but she did it all without complaint and even offered to meet me at my home to drop off paperwork we needed since I have two littles now. She worked around our schedule and was available more than necessary to help me.

I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an agent and a spectacular vacation.
