My review isn't just about my haircut, which is excellent. My hair needed serious care after 2 years of damage avoiding everybody and everything. But this is also about a stylist, Lindsay. When I called to make an appointment, I think she knew it was an urgent need. She booked me at the latest possible time so I could get there. And she took her time, she listened to me, and she made sure I was ok and I was happy, even though it took long after closing. A very long story short, I needed my hair cut because of something traumatic that happened to me recently, and having my hair long as a constant reminder. I needed it gone. And she was the best possible person at that time in my life for what I needed. I cannot thank Lindsay enough for her patience, her empathy, and the love she exuded while I held back tears watching my hair hit the floor. Thank you, Lindsay.
