  Please take the time to read this lengthy review for Jodi. It will be worth it.
  
  Jodi is a hustler and extremely dedicated to her clients.
  
  My husband and I purchased and sold our first home with Jodi on our team as well as just purchased our forever home with her.
  
  To give an idea as to how dedicated and accommodating Jodi is let me give some examples.
  
  When my husband and i were on the search for our first home, we were working long and weird hours. Let me mention this was in the start of Covid. Jodi would take us to look at homes anywhere between 7-9 pm at night during the week because it worked with our schedules.
  
  Jodi doesnt like to show houses when its dark out but that is simply because its hard to see a lot of important things when it comes to the exterior of the home. Even though it wasn't ideal, she would still do it because of our crazy schedules.
  
  I remember there was a Saturday we asked Jodi go from Oak Harbor, Oregon, Genoa. Wauseon and North Baltimore. I don't know about you but Im not sure how many Realtors will do this all in one day but she did without hesitation.
  
  We found our first home before it was on market and lets just say the seller did not make it easy on us....at all but Jodi made it happen.
  
  Almost 2 and half years later, my husband and I stumble upon our dream home we knew would be our forever home. I text Jodi at 9pm on a Friday (not expecting a response....but should of known better with Jodi lol) Jodi calls me right away...only to find out she is out of state with her kids but she still wanted to help.
  
  Jodi got us in contact with a broker and we were pre-approved at midnight on that same Friday. THEN Jodi got us in the house for a walk through at 11:20 am the next day! Just over 12 hours later of contacting Jodi we were seeing our dream home.
  
  This home brought us a laundry list of challenges we were going to face and a lot of what ifs as well. The home we currently owned had a gutted family room amongst other projects that needed finished. Finding the ideal buyer was going to be a struggle to say the least.
  
  If we weren't able to find the ideal buyer we were going to have to find contractors to help us get these projects done over the Thanksgiving Holiday so we could get it list ready.
  
  Well the stars aligned and we found the perfect buyers, within 3 days of our offer being accepted, we were able to accept an offer on the sale of our home.
  
  Jodi stayed on top of all the hoops, documents, and people she needed to, so this could happen!
  
  Please note this is a summary of just a FEW things Jodi has done for my husband and I throughout our buying and selling journey.
  
  All in all if you need someone who is dedicated, a hustler, ALWAYS available for countless questions when it came to the buying and selling process , more than helpful explaining any and all documents in lamins terms to allow you to understand what you are signing, and really making these process easy then you want Jodi apart of your team!
  
  I do want to mention Jodi made me fall in love with the process of looking and buying a home. So much I was thinking of getting licensed after the purchases of our first home.
  
  We cannot speak highly enough of Jodi!
  
  Added bonus are her kids! They are such an entertaining, helpful and awesome bonus of these processes!
  
  Jodi, we will be forever grateful for you and continue to recommend you until we can't anymore.

  Absolutely love Jodi... She has helped us all along our buying and selling journey. There were a few hurdles and she helped us tremendously. I can't say enough about the great things she has helped us with. I would/will not hesitate to call her for help in any future buying or selling. Super knowledgeable and in our case helped us win our first bid on the house we had to have. Can and will answer any questions you may have even the weird ones, she may have to research and make extra phone calls and has no problems finding you the correct answers. Definitely don't hesitate to call her for all your real-estate needs.
