I went in during a snowstorm because my wipers stopped working. The two people there were so kind but one guy came out to help me with the problem. I had an awful experience earlier in the week at Belle tire and didn’t even want to stop in. This guy came outside in the blizzard to help me and was so nice about the whole thing. I hope he knows what an impact he had! Thank you!

Tom Selmet helped me replace my wipers blades on my Ford ranger! Very polite and helpful! He not only installed the blades at $0 cost but he found me the best price for a new set of winter wipers blades! It was cheaper for me to come here and buy them than order off of Amazon! I really appreciate the excellent service and I recommend this store and staff to anybody! Thank you

When I tell you that when it comes to customer service there is no shortage of it at this store. Long story short, my boyfriend and I were travelling cross country from Washington state to NJ for a funeral. We drove straight through, for 36 hours with a camper, when we stopped for fuel in Ohio, a tire FELL OFF of the camper because the bearings blew out. Luckily, we found the tire and hub. But to makes matters worse. It was 5 am on Thanksgiving. We scrambled trying to find somewhere open to get bearings. After getting the run around by a 24 hour emergency truck service, I called this O'Reillys at 6 am, to check their voice-mail to see if they were actually open and Chuck answers the phone. A person answered the phone. Not only did he help us after 3 separate visits, because we couldnt bring the camper with us to make sure it fit but he was so patient and kind. You could tell that he genuinely cared and sympathized with our situation, we were so tired, cold, wet, and depleted. He said that if weren't for his dogs he'd offer up his house for us to sleep and shower. We made it home, even though it was one hell of a day in the road, I couldn't stop telling people about my experience at this store. Chuck was our saving grace. You don't meet people like that often, especially at 6 am on a holiday lol we didn't have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, but we were thankful that our paths crossed with Chuck. So in short, I highly recommend this store and if the manager is reading this, give that man a raise.
