I walked in without an appointment and Jen, the sales manager, helped me right away. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very good first experience with the company!
I wanted to have a Santa gift bag embroidered with my son's name on it. I live in Indianapolis and called 10 different embroidery stores to get a quote. Not one of these stores would even consider fulfilling my request, because my order was too small, or because I did not buy the item to be embroidered from their store. Luckily, my parents live in Sylvania and knew that Wilkinson offers embroidery services. I sent screen shots of the font and color of thread I preferred and hoped for the best, using my mother as the go between. Wilkinson made it clear that it would be no problem, gave a reasonable quote and time frame for completion. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome! I still can't believe that I got exactly what I was hoping for, and I never even spoke to them in person, just through printed screen shots. The price was very reasonable too! I appreciate a company that will take your business, no matter how small. Thank you for doing a tremendous job Wilkinson Sportswear!
