Compassionate and knowledgeable and spends the time needed to assess your problem!!!

I would highly recommend her. I’ve been with her since she was up in temperance. She’s been so great and really thorough. I’ve always felt comfortable with her. It helps she was my doctor as a child and i could transition with her into my adult years.

Overall, I am satisfied with my healthcare from Dr. Rao. However, on a visit for my yearly physical I had a 1 hour 53 minute wait. I went to the window three times, and the receptionist acted like I was an interruption even though I was the only patient in the waiting room, and I asked kindly if she knew how much longer I would have to wait. The receptionist rolled her eyes at me, and once I was in the room, it was another long wait. One man who I think was a patient came in and was called back within a few minutes even though I arrived about 40 minutes before he did. I understand things like this can’t always be controlled, but it would have been appreciated if I knew the wait would be so long.

My physician of over 30 years retired in April of 2018 and he recommended Dr Rao for my new physician. So glad he did cause I absolutely love her. She has a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable. I never feel rushed, she takes her time and thoroughly explains everything, answers all my questions. I highly recommend her and would happily give more than 5 stars if permitted.
