Dr. Chikkala is honestly more than a Docter to us, she's like family. My son is 1 year old and we've seen her since the very first start of his beautiful life. She goes above and beyond to listen to and answer any concerns we've ever had, whether it be in person or over the phone. She respects any requests I have for my son while always giving her educated and professional opinion. She takes the time to answer questions, consol, and truly love us. I couldn't feel more blessed to have found her.
I'm honestly really not sure about why Dr. Chikkala's getting any negative reviews (especially if people don't understand why she's doing things a certain way) but she's a fantastic doctor! In an era where doctors have to be careful with prescribing or adding extra cost to patient's care, Dr. Chikkala has given a wonderful experience of someone who's professional and definitely makes decisions that are very patient-centered. Coming from a healthcare background myself, I've seen providers who are selfish and will force down every theory to a patient to get more profit out of them, and Dr. C is the LAST person to do that, and those are the kind of providers we need more of. 10/10 recommend for children, adults too!
