First time at yhe brand and property. The decor is very decent. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff (all 3 shifts) were super nice and very friendly. I highly recommend and would stay at another Home2 Suites.

The customer service is absolutely top tier at this hotel. From the front desk, room service, and guest services, everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. I brought my dog and they treated her like a princess. They have a patch of grass for the pups and complimentary dog waste bags. The gym was excellent and I loved the way it was decorated. The rooms of course were very homey and comfortable. They have everything you need in them. The color scheme in the room was a bit random. They have an outdoor sitting area in the front and back of the hotel. That is adorably decorated. There is a fire pit as well. The lobby is decorated very cute as well and perfect for your business needs. Overall, I had an amazing stay and will be returning.

This is the place I'll be staying when I come to Bakersfield. Excellent friendly staff. They make it very clear their program for cleaning rooms, restocking, etc. SUPER CLEAN ROOM. mini kitchen, full sized fridge, no squeaky floors, fairly secure area. Its so nice having dishes to use as Grubhub and Door Dash never bring them. Shower was nice, no low pressure junk. Close to the west side shopping and commercial zones. Great stay!

This was an overall great experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The complementary breakfast had decent decent meatless options and almond milk! The saline pool was a nice addition. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
