All by just listening and being supportive of my wish to get off of pills. I would advise anyone who is tired of just being a number to a Doctor to see her. “First and foremost I recommend you see anyone at this location of Toledo clinic but I have been seeing Dr. Burton and he is one of the best things that happened in my life he has been treating me for cml and he has gotten my numbers down to normal but I don't care for the medicine to many side affects but I'm alive but I would also like to address the entire staff at this Toledo location they are the most caring people who has been involved with me and from the who ever answer the phone all the way down to the staff who are checking you in I have recommended two different people and they said that they are so happy with this place... I bring two dozen donuts for everyone to enjoy a snack before lunch and I always ask for a early appointment just for that reason and my wife is also treated great...if you need a oncologist please check with them first because you will not regret my references and you can expect the same treatment as everyone else does thank you Toledo clinic on Holland your the best”

“Went in this week as my lease was coming up on my current vehicle. When dealing with the salesman Mike, he said that I would be able to pick up my new vehicle in 2 days (on a Friday) as I was heading out of town for a while due to school and I thought that it was amazing for him to have this set up for 2 days after signing the deal. After talking to finance, Lisa said that it might take a little linger because of the new leasing company, but she would try her best to make it happen if not we would have to set up a different pick-up date. Fortunately everything worked out in our favour and I was able to pick up on the Friday. I want to thank both Mike and Lisa for the amazing service they provided me in this transition. “I want to thank Lee and Rob for quickly taking care of my problem. My car wouldn’t start after work today and my key fob/metal key wouldn’t work as well. I have had AAA for 40 years and called them. A nice enough man jumped my battery but told me that my battery was dead. My husband recommended going to Battery Wholesale to have the battery tested. Lee and Rob tested my battery and said that it was in good condition. The key fob needed a new battery. I had it replaced and headed home. Excellent customer service and only 5-10 minutes of my time. I highly recommend this business!”
