It’s been a year since I started therapy with Kitti, and I can feel the growth in every single sessions. It’s very cooperative, Kitti doesn’t just listen and “hm-hm”, she takes notes, she flips pages, she teaches you about relevant psychology (at least that’s what she does with me, because that’s what I need). I’m impressed by her work, I’m impressed by how much I have grown since I started therapy with her and Im impressed that usually when I bring up a pattern I’ve had for years that is debilitating to me, she is able to correct that behavior with a few sessions only. I never thought it’d be possible to stop feeling paranoid alone at home for example, but it took her 2-3 sessions to help me move past this. I’m not saying it’s always that easy, therapy can be hard and it is work, but if my child needs therapy some day, I hope she finds herself a Kitti Hart. Her therapy is very productive and she really cares about her patients.”
