The morning staff on Mom's wing are super. All of the staff are professional and hard working. I can only visit Mom, everyday, in the mornings. She is safe. My concerns are the evening staffing. For the past 5 mornings, Mom has either been in the same shirt she wore the day before, or only in a lounging bra and underwear in the mornings.
Due to staffing, there was a weekend (Friday to Sunday) there were only male CNA's available through the contract company. Women did not get properly bathed, showered, changed or given a sink wash. Some of the residents are not mobile.
Thankfully Mom has an advocate. Some residents do not.

We recently placed our loved one in this facility. While there it was necessary for them to "lock down" the facility to protect the residents. They were so accommodating and took such loving care of our loved one. We could not have asked for more. The staff went way above and beyond every day to ensure the best care possible. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. ♥
