(January 26, 2018, 6:04 pm)This is a mobile home community, its very quiet for the most part, there are some neighbors that like to listen to their music loudly but not all the time and not excessively loud, the trailors are in need of some work and paint but nothing major, I feel that this is a good place to live especially for folks on a tight budget, the owner, property manager and maintenance are all wonderful people. The only real issue is with noticing the location, it is hard to see and many people often miss it due to lack of signage.
