Was in a total pinch for time when my 2003 Mach 1 Mustang broke down in the middle of a 825 drive to a national mustang show. I called around on the side of the road and the ONLY place that seemed to care was Walz. I had AAA get the car there and it arrived at 3:00pm on a Tuesday. I was back on the road to the show by 9:30am the next morning, Wednesday and they could NOT have done better. Did the diagnosis, ordered parts, gave me a loaner car, and even recommended a NICE but inexpensive hotel down the road. The entire team was very helpful and the owner even called me twice in that short period of time with updates. Highly recommend Walz Automotive for ANYONE in the greater Toledo area and if you just need a real nice family owned business to help you out with your car. Dave Tupper, Traverse City Michigan.
