(April 3, 2020, 8:32 pm)I visited the car wash April 3rd 2020 and it was jam-packed. I used my credit card to pay for the automated wash. The transaction went through however the car wash never started. I got on the website, called the phone number and left a message for the owner. The owner called me back in a timely fashion, was courteous and refunded my credit card. This is what good customer service is all about. This is what is meant by service with integrity.
