I absolutely love working for Shining Star Residential Service! Management is caring and hands on! Everyone is treated like family and respected.
This is an all around wonderful company. I have experienced nothing but smiles and cheer when interacting with both staff and consumers. Management is always so very helpful and if there’s something that they can’t solve themselves, another route is taken in order to help the situation, whatever it may be. One major thing I love is that the staff is In great spirits always which is important when taking care of someone else.
It’s a wonderful place with a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Shining Star is a great community that assist those with developmental disabilities. They put on fun events to celebrate their members and involve them with the community!
