  After two failed attempts with a different business, which actually made things worse, these guys did a great job for me. The two plumbers and the scheduler were both punctual, professional, and skilled. After the maintenance, everything was neat and orderly, and I got my mojo back after a wet week. Toledo Plumber & Drain Cleaning is a reliable service. Highly Recommended !

  Everything was simple and straightforward. The scheduling process was simple and professionally handled. Received text messages reminding me of appointments and providing information on the service team's progress. William and Alex get to work with their hands. They were both independent and communicative enough to keep me apprised of developments without being intrusive. Everything about getting my water heater checked out and replaced went as smoothly and quickly as could be expected.

  I've used Toledo Plumber on multiple occasions, and I think he does a great job. Alex spent nearly five hours without a break installing a new toilet in the upstairs bathroom; he also checked all of the sinks and showers before leaving, and he discovered a loose screw on another toilet that could have leaked into the basement. Alex, I appreciate your hard work and professionalism.

  William was fantastic; he effectively flushed our water heater while adhering to social distancing and mask guidelines. He was both cordial and competent in his work. He took the time to inspect the pipes in our house carefully. He provided thoughtful responses to every inquiry.

  Awesome! The plumber was a hoot and did a great job. We really appreciate his efforts on our behalf. It was possible that he would have to pull the toilet if it remained clogged, but he exhausted all other options first. I called around to other plumbers for quotes; some didn't even bother to pick up the phone, while the ones I did reach gave me a near heart attack with their outrageous rates. Instead, give them a call. For a long time, I worked as a property manager, so I also know how to spot a good plumber. After making initial contact, they immediately ask what they can do to further brighten our day. Many thanks to everyone who contributes to what appears to be an enjoyable workplace!
