  Dr. Duong is an absolutely fantastic optometrist, and it was a pleasure being seen by them. They answered all of my questions accurately and without judgement, I felt comfortable the entire time I was at my appointment, and the person at the front desk even made accommodations for me in order to make my appointment that day (adverse weather made me a bit late, but they worked me in!).
  
  The examination was quick and easy. My prescription results are as accurate as can be, and the contacts Dr. Duong recommended were an absolutely perfect fit for my eyes.
  
  10/10 all around.

  The doctor was extremely diligent and friendly! I love going here! The Star Wars decor tops it all off for an amazing visit

  He was well versed in his field. Very understanding and kind. His people skills were excellent.

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience seeing Dr. Duong! She was extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and seeing in a way that showed her expertise but also conveyed a sense of warmth and caring. She was very thorough and took her time to make sure she completed each aspect of the examination. The front desk staff was also very friendly and efficient and I felt very well taken care of. I appreciate it very much!

  Beautiful apartments and friendly staff! The leasing team is super quick to answer any questions I have about the community and they maintenance team is super responsive and helpful! Will definitely be renewing my lease!

  I lived here for a year and it was quite nice. The place was furnished with decent furniture and we had quality internet. My number one compliment is that they work hard to keep the outside clean.
  
  Downsides were we had multiple maintenance issues with water pipes leaking but maintenance always responded same day and are very kind. Also please understand you are living next to campus and will be sharing the property with many young adults and that can come with its own challenges.
  
  Overall a good place to live that's affordable.

  Very cute apartments that feels so much like home. The staff was extremely kind during the community tour and although it was quick, I appreciate all the information that was given to me. The community is maintained so beautifully and speaking with Matt and the staff was refreshing!

  It's close proximity to the campus makes it an idea spot to live, plus they are giving the place a make over the exterior siding plus new doors and windows

  Great apartments overall! Initial condition of apartment when I moved in was less than desirable, but keep in mind that was under previous management. Leasing office very willing to help when problems arise and often offer events for it's residents that you don't see with other places. Parking can be a pain at times for certain parts of the complex and with thin walls you can occasionally be distracted by a noisy neighbor. With that said, the price is affordable for the location, its location to campus is one of the best out available, and with current renovations to the property under the new management and maintenance staff, expect the overall value of these apartments to rise. Great option for someone who wants an affordable place at a slight cost of quality.
