Pretty nice people but the drive thru and atm area needs to be expanded. Very tight fit.
I been with this bank since i was 17 im 22 now and still withthem great service the ladies are nice the tellers, im actually going through them to become a first time home owner Jennie Meyers is an amazing lady i love her.
Nick the Branch Manager and the tellers at the Southside Branch are outstanding!! I’m new to the area and I’ve been shopping around for a new bank for a couple weeks now. Nick took time away from the client he was with briefly to introduce himself and the tellers. Since he was with someone I asked if I could schedule an Appointment and come back to meet with him on a different day. Everyone at this bank is so nice and made me feel like I’ve banked there for 20 years!! The secury guard even introduced himself! You don’t see this type of customer service anymore in retail or banking. I could tell they really love helping people and I’m so happy I stopped at this branch! Thanks Nick and team!! 😃
