The key to a dentist providing his or her patient with the very best outcome is often tied to the quality of the dental lab and the labwork. We as clinicians and labs can help one another be great by communicating every detail, whether that means with photos, e-mails, 3D imagery, or phone calls. Keith Lovett and his team at Lovett Dental Lab, including Ori, Gail, Dawn, Brittany, and countless others do just that! They have taken my skillset and built layers upon it to provide our patients with detailed, highly esthetic crowns that fit on the first try, usually require zero adjustments, and make us and our patients look good! We routinely discuss cases on the phone, and they'll send examples and 3D mockups of their thoughts so we can work out the fine details before fabrication of the more complicated restorations begins.
