Great prices and nice selection. No you're not going to a high end designer store, but you're not paying high end prices. You should have some idea what you're looking for and you'll be guided in the right direction. I'm a female who shopped there alone and never felt disrespected or treated badly in anyway. Bob was very friendly and helpful.

Ok, so don't expect your usual shopping experience. This is kind of like going to a garage sale for carpet (and other flooring). But if you don't mind looking through the samples in the warehouse, then you might find a better quality carpet for less money. You are just limited to whatever is in stock at the time and don't expect anyone to roll out the "red carpet" for you.

Honest, great installation, and competitive pricing. Bob is a great guy and installers were friendly.
