(December 6, 2017, 11:29 am)First of all, this is not a traditional bank. Directions is a credit union, I will NEVER trust another bank again. It costs me nothing to have an open checking & savings account. I love the Directions app, you can deposits checks by taking pics of them, check your balance & activity, transfer money to another account & more. I have been with this branch for around 7 years & have never had a problem.
