“Office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Amanda and Renee were outstanding and really went out of their way to help me during issues with the billing department. If you have any issues will billing its a nightmare to deal with the billing department directly. I ended up calling the normal office and just paying things through them which was so much easier. Would rate 5 starts if it wasn't for issues from billing which is not the same office. Overall, my experience going here was 5/5 but the outsourced billing office was 1/5 and that's generous. Very hard to contact and apparently the people you really need to talk to if you have a problem have strange hours. It is important to say that the billing office is outsourced so its not the same location or people. Still waiting on the billing office to actually send me a statement.”
