“Top rated company, very honest office employees and quality workers. With last Friday's hard rain and winds we developed a leak in our great room. I called my insurance and they gave me some names I never heard of. I called the roofer that we used for our stores and they no longer do home roofing projects and they gave me the number to Seagate. Talked to a nice lady and scheduled an appointment to look at the roof, she got my name and address. Five minutes later she called me back and said that based on the address they were the company the installed the roof and although the previous owner did not properly transfer the Owens Corning contact the Seagate 10 year contract was still valid. A nice worker came out today to fix the roof and someone is coming out to repair the ceiling in the great room. How lucky is that, I could have called a 100 other roofers but called Seagate and because of them being an honest company staffed with employees that have a great amount of integrity we got everything repaired at no cost to us. If your thinking of a new roof, you should certainly call Seagate as they stand by their work 100 percent!”
