“I love all the Dr. and NP that work here! They have all been very kind and sweet. BUT the front desk lady can be very rude on the phone. Update: Last September was the last time I was seen by this facility due to not being sick. I mentioned to the front desk lady that my insurance will be changing and she told me they don't accept my new insurance. During my visit with the NP she told me that they indeed accepted my new insurance. I didn't think much of it until today I needed to be seen and called and she told me they don't accept it.... but everywhere online says they do. They need to do some updating.”
