“Working with Christina has been an awesome experience. When I started with her I had severe/chronic pelvic alignment issues which caused a lot of pain and also bulging discs in the lumbar. We started with very basic yoga/stretching/pilates and after 3 or 4 sessions we moved onto the trap/Cadillac table. The progress each week is incredible and the pain has decreased quite a bit, I am back working out daily for the past 6 weeks. Major surgery was something I was considering and when I first started I had low expectations. The progress we have made in 16 weeks has been amazing and exceeded expectations ten fold. I would strongly recommend working with Christina. Her knowledge of the body, specifically the muscles, ligaments, fascia (soft tissue-etc.....) is impressive and the program was very specific to my issue and not just a general workout. “Amazing experience! The front desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and she took the time to explain everything to us. We were taken back immediately to help our 4-yr old daughter who had been running a high fever for almost 2 days straight. Kristen greeted us within a couple minutes and did a thorough, professional checkup on our baby girl. She asked us only pertinent questions, and her bedside manner with our little girl was incredible. She made her feel comfortable and safe while she checked her vitals, and then within 5 minutes she identified the issue as being an ear infection. She was incredibly courteous to us and kind and compassionate toward our baby girl. Nobody ever looks forward to needing medical attention, but I will be coming here before going to the hospital for any health issue that does not require an ambulance. Thank you Kristen!! Our daughter has been talking about how she wants to be a doctor all night because she “loves Kristen”!! Thank you!!!”
