I was immediately sent to St. Vincent Hospital Heart Center where this team of doctors put in stents that cleared the blockage. “Our eye doctor retired. When we researched a new eye doctor, the positive reviews of Oracle Vision Care convinced us to check them out. The location: clean and convenient (right by Kroger.) Also you can purchase your new glasses right in the lobby after your visit. My spouse and I ordered and received our glasses within 10 days. The only strange thing is we had to schedule a visit just to pick up our new glasses. However, it went by fast. You try it on, they make an adjustment & you’re done! In our case, due to the snowstorm they called to ask if we wanted to pick up our glasses earlier, before our scheduled date. We did. Best thing: they used a puff of air instead of an eye drop. That meant we could drive immediately following our visit. They also take a high-resolution photo of your eyeball to look for any potential issues. Not painful. Just like taking a photo of your face. Cost: my spouse was concerned that their cost was a lot higher than our previous eye doctor’s. However, she confirmed that her new contact lenses are far superior because they don’t leave her eyes dry. You barely notice them. I suppose you pay for quality. Staff: the staff in the office were easygoing, warm but professional. I saw them jump in to help each other out. They’re not mean on the phone either. They seem to get along very well with the doctor. It seems like a healthy work environment. Based on our first two visits, they left a positive impression. I’d recommend them.”
