I was very interested in Elvie since day one-I did have to pay an up charge for this which I don’t mind. I already have a spectra s2 from my first pregnancy (I highly recommend this pump) The rep answered my questions via phone and text on numerous occasion. They were so patient with me. Once I decided to go with them, there was nothing I needed to do. 1 Natural Way reached out to my OB and retrieved my prescription and I was notified that they did via txt and email. Then my pumps were on its way to me with tracking info right away. My pump got here so fast. Being pregnant you don’t want to have to wonder where anything is and having to reach out for updates. Getting my pump through them was such a smooth process. I will recommend them to all the mamas I know. Same goes for the compression socks. I didn’t get any for my first pregnancy but I got some through them and again they appeared on my doorstep very quickly! I’ve been using them and it’s been helping relieve pressure on my legs. She got me in and out, including the purchase of a miniature fridge which was loaded into my vehicle might I add, very quickly and efficiently. Her training and years of experience are noticed and I prefer the human to human interaction and experience of shopping in store for this specific reason. If you frequent a certain store you usually become very friendly with certain associates so I would go out of my way to shop in a store that I know has one of my favorite associates, versus online shopping or another option.”

“Ruth at RV Wholesale was incredible. My husband and I finally decided on which Travel Trailer we were going to go with and had a few RV dealers we were working with to find us one. Ruth didn't have any on their lot, but said she would contact the manufacturer to see if she could get one. She called me right back and said they had one coming off the line this week and gave me an amazing price compared to others. She even asked someone at the factory to send her pictures of the one being made, which she then texted to me. She was very polite, professional and got me everything I needed in such a short amount of time. Unfortunately, we did not take it because the manufacturer changed the flooring and back splash, which we were not very thrilled with. However, if they didn't change that, we would have bought the unit from Ruth for sure. We will keep them on our list of dealers though in case we buy another one in the future.”
