“Rob the manager of this branch saved my basement!!! He answered the phone of the store two hours after they had been closed, and sold me a generator. I was in the middle of a basement remodel resulting in my electrical being partially finished, and a power outage after a storm meant my sumps didn’t have a backup. Home Depot and Lowes, both said they couldn’t help me in person, through the glass doors with about 20 people inside. From now on for the sole reason of great people like Rob I will be coming to TSC for everything from now on. We need more people like this running real businesses! Also, I tried to tip him multiple times, and tried very hard. He would not take a penny over the sticker price of the generator, even after he loaded it in my truck for me. Thank you!!!”

I was so please to see how warm and wonderful he was. He had two assistants that were so sweet and nice and accommodating. I can't say enough. They check up on you and want you to come in if there is any problem at all. It's been a great experience and I really love this place.
