“Showed up on time and the day they said. Completed all work, taking out an old.chimney from the roof and patching the shingles there and replacing 2 boots around exhaust pipes and repairing the shingles there as well. Also mad some custom flashing to repair about 20 feet that had come off near the peak of the roof. They cleaned it all up, even using a magnet bar to find any stray nails and asked me if i had any concerns or questions. Very professional and job looks great. Highly recommend”

“Went to St. Luke's Hospital on June 5, 2018 for a medical procedure. Checked in at 8:15 AM on June 5, checked out on June 6 at 11:30 AM. All went well with the exception of one instance of service on June 5 in the evening. When the nurse made her rounds @ 7:30 PM I let her know I would like to take a walk later in the evening, she said for the 1st walk she needs to be present to make sure I'm stable. I called @ 8:50 & said I'm ready to walk. 9:40 nothing. Take a look @ the info board, 9:40 is my next pain meds. I called again & requested my meds! 9:50 nothing! By now I'm in pain, I called again with a light weight go off; "I called a hour ago for a walk, then I called @ 9:40 for meds and I've gotten nothing! She tried to explain how busy the floor has been. I said busy or not its been an hour, that's unacceptable, so you know it took them another 15 mins, (1 hr 15 mins total), to come. I want to file a complaint! I'm ready to go home! Other than that everything else was good, surprisingly enough, even the food. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone”
