The pandemic has caused a lot of challenges for everyone, and I believe management has dealt with these challenges in a timely, efficient, and polite way. I've had 2 residences with steeplechase for 5 years and I have mostly positive experiences, hence why I've stayed in the community. I recently had a leak, which was all over the kitchen floor, and it was resolved within an hour of reporting the problem.
