I'd spent 2 months prior trying to find something on my own, but NOTHING was working out, I even had a landlord flake on his agreement without notice. I was desperately looking to move somewhere quickly, but without compromising anything I needed. Interinvestments had a realtor call me back with a set of places within the half hour and I went to see one of them that very same day. I also learned that they handle maintenance for most of the homes they rent out so I always have someone to contact if I have a problem (I had prior issues with landlords taking their sweet time to fix an A/C or spray for bugs). I've been living here in Coral Gables for over 6 months and am happy to say I feel that I've found stability and safety with this company... and I love my place!!!!”
