Cameron does a great job running the body shop. Always professional and makes sure you are satisfied. Sends text to update you along the way so you know how things are progressing. He handles all communications with the insurance company to make your repair effortless. I would highly recommend Buckeye Ford for you body repair needs. Also, they repair all brands. They have repaired to Mopar products for me and I am very happy with their work.

I just popped in here to leave a review and saw last year I gave 5 stars but no actual review. I am correcting that now. I have bought 3 cars here, each one with Freddie Allison who is very easy to work with and talk to. The car I bought here last year was totalled this past week and I did go to to a few other dealers to test drive. I did not have a great experience at either place.. So I found a car online at Buckeye and Freddie had me driving off the lot in it with in 24 hours. I appreciate how friendly they are and efficient! Thanks buckeye ford for always taking car of me. Dealing with the fine folks at Buckeye Ford was a pleasure. By far the easiest and most pressure free process I’ve experienced. Freddie was very helpful and patient through the lengthy one year wait for my truck to be built and shipped to the dealer. Worth the wait for sure! This is the third time using Buckeye Ford in the last two years after using another ford dealer for years, and Buckeye Ford has the best customer service and service department by far. Have dealt mostly with Jim and Will and these guys are awesome. They are in constant contact with the customer with details and updates with my truck and work great with Ford warranty. Buckeye Ford has always treated us well when we got our Escape worked on. But this past weekend we were blown away with superior customer service and salesmanship by Chad. He worked past closing time only to have us not by the original car we wanted since the price was too high for our budget. We went back the next morning and bought the car we were able to afford, with Chad’s help. He worked on the numbers and talked us through the process to make it work for us. He even colored with our 2.5 year old son when we were signing papers! Then after all of that he showed us how Ford Pass works, and helped me customize the app and my cars features. Above and beyond. We will be going back to Buckeye Ford every single time. Thanks again Chad!
