Dr. Samuel David D. Weller, MD

Dr. Weller is absolutely wonderful along with his wonderful staff that works there!! Super smart, nice, caring, and helpful with anything you need!! I saw nurse practitioner Tiffany today and she was absolutely wonderful!! She prescribed me strong medications to help get rid of my pneumonia I caught this week and they worked instantly to the point where I could take much bigger breaths and I felt a lot better pretty quickly!! This office deserves five stars all the way around in my opinion as I’ve always had wonderful experiences going to see Dr. Weller and is wonderful staff!!

I find Dr. Samuel Weller to be an outstanding physician. He takes his time with me and he goes over everything so that I can understand my conditions and why I am prescribed the medications I take. I live in Clifton, Ohio and I don't mind the long drive because of his excellent care.

There is not another place I would ever go for medical care! Our family have been seeing Dr Weller for at least 20 years he is the best.
Sure sometimes he gets behind but that's OK because he makes sure each patients question and concerns are addressed. I really don't mind waiting on him.

I see Dr.Weller at Madison Health Primary Care in West Jefferson, and am surprised by, and would like to counter some of the negative comments I have seen. I have always been able to get a quick appointment, been treated courteously by staff, had a short wait time and received outstanding care. I would feel extremely comfortable recommending my friends and family to his care

Dr. Weller has always been very thorough and listens to what you tell him to consider all the facts of your situation. The office is professional, prompt and polite with our family. I highly recommend them for family medicine.
