(December 18, 2023, 10:15 am)The Boardman office was amazing, they helped me at a difficult time , needing to be in Georgia to see my Aunt, needing to leave before my reservation. They got me a different car and I was on my way. What a blessing they were. I would like to give a shout out to my guy who took care of me . Have a blessed day and a Merry Christmas.

They are always professional and exceptionally helpful and flexible with our needs! Brandon Matthews helped me when I picked up the car and communicated the whole month I had the car. I also really appreciated how nice the lady was who picked me up the day I got the car and the day I dropped the car off. I will definitely use this location again. Thank you for always being so great!
