“We purchased our original headstone through Jim Patti of Milano Monuments and it was a very smooth transaction and beautiful stone. A couple years later the stone had to be temporarily moved as a result of a burial in plot behind ours. An accident occurred resulting in damage to our stone. Jim Patti/Milano worked with us and Lake Park Cemetery to make it right and get it replaced in a manner that was fair to all involved. The replacement is perfect and as promised! Jim was always impeccably prompt in responding, and his service was that of old times...when customers were always valued. His kindness and professionalism matters so much! “This is a good little take out place in Youngstown. I will say there have been multiple times people who came in and ordered after me got their food before me. She’s never particularly nice to me either. Regardless the food is good. The seasoning she sprinkles on top is delicious. The chickens always nice and crispy, the perch, catfish and cod are always perfect. It’s a large portion of food. I do love this place I just don’t frequent as much as I would if I didn’t feel like she was bothered by my business.”
