The food was good as always, but the service was a bit of a letdown. There was a long line of people around 8:30 and only one guy assembling food for customers. There were at least 5 people working/hanging around, but this one guy was the only one serving customers. Eventually a girl came from the back to begin accepting payments. There was another girl working intermittently on online orders and another guy in the back that was too busy talking with the third girl who looked to be "cleaning" surfaces, but was really just smearing food around while taking a break to chat every 2 minutes. A big shout out to the guy holding it all together. Even when there was a line of a dozen people and he was the only guy actually working, he kept his cool. One other thing I'd like to note, it was 8:30 and they were already breaking down the assembly area. I get closing down the online order area and the grill/kitchen, but as a customer, I felt rushed to complete my meal, wondering if I was confused on what time the restaurant closes.
