Medina Exteriors/Simply Distinct Kitchens and Baths completed a full kitchen remodel and floor replacement for us. Excellent company to work with! Can’t say enough about Brett and all of the people that worked with us…Kevin especially!! They absolutely went above and beyond to finish our kitchen so that we were happy with the project. We had a couple hiccups with supply chain issues and appliances and they consistently worked with us to solve every issue. We used Medina Exteriors/Simply Distinct for our recent complete kitchen remodel. We encountered nothing but friendliness and professionalism from start to finish from every team member involved. We love our new kitchen! The schedule was set months before the process and they were off by only one day at the end of 7 weeks. Any changes were communicated with plenty of notice so it made the remodel go smoothly. Mariah, Brett, Josh and Ken and all the tradesmen were great to work with and very accommodating . Brett and the Medina Exteriors team were excellent to work with. They did a front door replacement and even repaired an older door for us. Install crew was prompt and professional. Always a positive experience when we work them.

Exceptional job on installing our sky tubes. We didn't have to wait long for our initial meeting with the sales rep. He was very informative with what options they offered and at what cost. The CoConstruct program is a great way to stay in touch and view the progress of your job. They installers were on time and cleaned up everything upon leaving. They covered the furniture near the tubes before cutting the holes and used a vacuum right at the ceiling height to capture the dust. Even though no one sees the tubes in the attic running from the roof to the ceiling, they made them look very organized and clean. Are they higher priced than some competitors? Absolutely. But usually you get what you pay for.
And when someone's cutting into my shingles and ceilings, I want it done right! Highly recommend this company for sky tubes!

Medina Exteriors & Remodeling [Simply Distinct Kitchens & Bath] just finished our bathroom remodel and it is awesome! From design to completion of the project, they are professional and work with you every step of the way. They established a timeline and budget and were true to their word. The quality of the contractors was top notch and the finished product is perfect. The work was extensive as we went down to the studs and now have a gorgeous large tiled shower, a large beautiful vanity, a beautiful transom window, and a timeless design. Thanks Medina Exteriors!
