First, I love that my whole family can be seen at one office. I love that appointments are available in person and telehealth. The office is very kid friendly, as well as Dr. Pallotta. We were able to be treated while the kids played with the fun toys. My children felt instantly comfortable because of the kid friendly environment and Dr. Pallotta’s welcoming and understanding attitude. I felt that he took our symptoms seriously and understands where we are coming from. He used his time wisely and we felt taken care of. I am very excited have found him!

Love this guy, I feel like I'm talking to my dad when we talk. He's blunt and doesn't sugarcoat things and I like that.

I saw Dr. Pallotta years ago, and was forced to change providers for insurance reasons. I found him to be a great listener. He was also able to bring to my attention non-verbal cues that I was using without realizing at the time; this is a rare trait, in my opinion. I was sorry to lose him as a provider, and hope to go back to his office.

He has been very helpful to our family. He is a bit unique but we feel that has only helped in his support and treatment. We have been very pleased.

I'm not sure why there seems to be so many negative reviews. I've never had an issue at this establishment besides one time when I had to wait a few extra minutes for my appointment.. Keep up the good work!
