But my physical therapist gave me excises to do for my knee. MCRC is missing an accessory they they used to have called an ankle strap. Ugh -

(July 11, 2021, 11:38 am)Something for everyone... Walking tracks, exercise equipment, swimming areas for adults and children. The current channel (a lazy river-like contraption) is always the kid favorite. Even better... The water is semi warm and I don't feel like I'm going to freeze when I get in. Changing areas are available for families. We're from out of town but my daughter asks grandpa to take us here as often as possible.
