“I was referred to Wingman by a friend for some help with brake pads and rotors. I was able to talk to Aaron (the owner) on the phone to let him know what I heeded and he said he had the perfect place for me to get my job done. I can not say enough about my experience there today. Aaron stood by my side helping and directing me when I needed help, never making me feel dumb because I couldn't get something right. I have done a little brake work before but it definitely isn't my thing. We worked through a few struggles, even a big assist to get the correct parts from his friends at local auto part stores. “Before the review starts let’s just get one thing straight and out of the way. I am very picky and detailed on how things need to be done because I do certain things with the car and take into account what I will to do for future uses. So with that being said. This shop was recommended from a coworker who I trust in his judgement of car shops as he is as picky as me. I decided to make my 2hr drive as the shops around me and one in particular said “no one works on stainless steel”. I laughed and said thank you and turned around and walked right out. I work for automotive parts store and worked as a sales rep for auto parts stores where I go to these exact shops. So for him to make that claim. Tells me to never go there or recommend his shop. So any way. I go there and was helped immediately because I was the only one there at that particular time. So that was a plus. Now I stated what I would like done to the exhaust pipe section that had broke and he did his examination and went from there. Needless to say. This was done like 3 months ago. So I felt the review time is appropriate as I took a big trip to South Carolina and was putting it through my tests I like to do. To make sure it can handle what I do and I am very pleased and happy to say that these guys here at this particular AMERICAN MUFFLER. Is amazing and smart to get the job the done. The bonus to this was the price. Price was amazing as I already had an estimate in mind since I got quotes from the shops that were only miles from where I am from. Professional quality and services, very nice and honest individuals and great pricing! So I gave my Star based on actual work and not just because it was recommended. I’m a quality not quantity type of guy.”

Originally I test drove it just for fun but when I got serious about buying it, the salesman was patient, he let me take it for a pre purchase inspection which was key, and he let me take it on a nice long test drive to really get a good feel for if the car was right for me. The negotiating process couldn't have been any easier. I came in with an offer, he made a VERY reasonable counteroffer, and I drove it off the lot. I could've taken the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty but since I have mechanical abilities, I took it as is. If you need a good and reasonably priced used car, your first and final stop should be Nationwide Autoworks!”
